We support your learning journey

Kruso has supported the education of the next generation of creative digital technologists and IT specialists for the last 20 years. Whether your professional attraction is more towards software development, design, or management, our growth program can support you in your further education and learning journey.

Internship program

The duration of an internship can vary depending on the individual study, but one thing is certain: Time is short, so it will be intensive and boundary-pushing.

As an intern, you will be supervised by a specialist mentor and participate in the interdisciplinary team collaboration to build the digital solutions of tomorrow. We cannot possibly cover all dimensions of a specialty area during an internship, but our philosophy is that what you learn should be learned properly. Therefore, we often give you larger, independent tasks, but allocate a lot of extra time for coaching, professional sparring, and plenty of iterations, so you get a clear sense of depth and what quality means in the areas you will touch upon.

Many interns at Kruso have the opportunity for a continued combined job and learning program through an Apprentice job, alongside their studies afterwards.

Apprenticeship position

We tailor your learning program in conjunction with your studies to ensure an optimal balance between theory and practice. You will be assigned a permanent mentor, who, in addition to having a high level of professional expertise, has experience in ensuring learning and fostering talent growth.

There is also the opportunity to assemble multi-disciplinary programs, so you gain insight into and experience with the interface in interdisciplinary collaboration, which characterizes daily life in the tech industry.

Many students at Kruso have the opportunity to continue in a full-time position afterwards.

Specialized student job

Many studies, especially the more academic ones, have limited, direct transferability from the theoretical to the practical level. As a student assistant, you get the opportunity to balance academic input with output and have academic learning put into context through real tasks and via supervision and sparring from your professional supervisor.

A combination of study and part-time student job accelerates your learning and tunes both your competence profile and mindset towards life after your studies – and you get a lot of cool projects on your CV!

Many student assistants at Kruso have the opportunity to continue in a full-time position afterwards.
