An essential part of supporting an open and transparent society is communication and interaction between authorities and citizens, where digital solutions, web platforms, and self-service solutions are an integrated part of the daily life we all know and expect today. At Kruso, we believe that a digital platform is key to solving a public core task, understanding the context in which these solutions are used, and creating value for our public customers. We also understand that public companies are driven by a true and relentless desire to help others, serving as the underlying factor for everything taking place between citizens or companies and the public authorities.
We firmly believe that public authorities' digital platforms should be designed to include everybody. All citizens are equal, and everyone is entitled to get in contact with the authorities. That's why we work intensely with accessibility and the design of service journeys that consider not all users being the same and that there should be room for everybody.Â
The solutions we create with our public customers are always about putting the citizen or company interacting with the public sector first. We believe in Service Design as a method for creating coherent user journeys and experiences that meet user needs and bring them fast to the purpose of their online visit in the most pleasant and inspiring way.
One achievement we're proud of is the development of "Publify," a web platform designed specifically for municipalities. Publify embodies our belief in enhancing the public's digital experience by offering user-friendly and efficient tools for local authorities. This platform streamlines communication, optimizes services, and enhances engagement between municipalities and citizens.

The public sector is under constant pressure to optimize and improve efficiency. Much of this optimization stems from overarching public digitalization strategies, aiming to make the most efficient use of resources and empower citizens to be self-sufficient. The goal is to remove barriers between authorities and citizens, fostering active participation and cooperation between government bodies and businesses. At Kruso, we play a pivotal role in this transformation by creating digital platforms that support these processes, reduce operational expenses, promote active citizenship, and facilitate collaboration between authorities and businesses.
