Line has previously worked for smaller companies before joining our Kruso team and compared to previous experiences, things are different here. Both workflow and work tasks have given her many new challenges and the opportunity to learn new skills. It is important to Line not to get stuck, but constantly seek new things and make new findings. In addition, she is one of the few women in her field, but that does not stop her from jumping without a parachute.

Do not be afraid to take chances

I am a big talker; I love to talk. Whether it is with clients, colleagues, or at home. I believe that we can accomplish the largest outcome with teamwork and think it is important not to leave anyone behind. I like to be structured in my work, but in my spare time, I throw myself into all kinds of different projects. On that front, I am more unstructured with a large stock of half-finished sweaters, and in my book club, I am almost greeted with applause if I get to finish the book we are reading.
