When you think of an outgoing, leading, and experienced employee, you think of Erik. With him, management has always been in the forefront despite previous occupations as a bartender, DJ, and at one point, a bouncer. Erik is self-taught and his great love for the digital world has led him to Kruso, as Managing director at our office in Gothenburg, and we couldn't be happier.

To win and lose as a team whilst having fun

When people ask me why I work at Kruso, the answer is always – because we share the same values, business focus, and what’s important in life. I used my entire childhood at my father's digital bureau and since my 20th birthday, I haven't turned my eye away from the digital industry ever since. Furthermore, I have a broad and long experience in the digital space. Both on the client and agency side.
