Ole has been an essential part of shaping the Kruso brand and is today Managing director of our office in Aarhus. He makes sure to include all employees in the decisions making, so everyone understands how it works. He always tries to motivate and guide employees in any way he can. And when recruiting new Krusaders Ole always strives to find people with the right attitude to life and not only based on their professional skills.

Management must be flat as a slipper

I have an immense need to try everything, and when I do something, I want to go a little further than most. I generally like to make myself proficient in the things I do. In many ways, I'm like a bison - when it's running into something, it's unstoppable. I do a lot of different sports, and with everything I do, I always make sure not to go down on the equipment.
