Laura is a person of creativity with an open mind. Her childhood dream was to become either a dancer, mainly for the glittery outfits, or an interior designer – a result of numerous hours of playing The Sims. Her education in Communication and IT combines an analytical and methodical way of thinking with being creative and curious about solving problems. Laura puts those skills to good use when doing UX design at Kruso.

I work best when people around me are thriving

I have always had a very curious mind. Most of my job has to do with understanding what people need and want to accomplish. It's not just about solving the problem but also finding and defining them. When I get home from work, I usually change into sweatpants and then turn to my part-time job: manipulating my Instagram algorithm only to show dog videos. Besides that, I love doing yoga and watching series from the '90s and '00s – mainly for the drama and the outfits!
